In this position, you'll be an integral team member, delivering essential personal care, monitoring resident health, and ensuring a clean living environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and meal services
• Record and monitor vital signs and health status updates
• Maintain the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas
• Engage residents in meaningful social interactions
• Support residents during appointments as needed
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR
• Clean background check with vulnerable sector clearance
• Previous experience in mental health settings an asset
• Commitment to ongoing education in healthcare practices
