As the Lead for Virtual Care, you will spearhead the planning and implementation of digital health strategies within the Interior Health region. You will guide the Digital Health Virtual Care team, ensuring their initiatives align with organizational goals. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration with various partners to enhance virtual care delivery and optimize healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with stakeholders to set virtual care goals • Provide direction and consultation to Virtual Care staff • Participate in meetings to assess virtual care requirements • Manage team resources for system-wide practice changes • Develop clinical change management policies and procedures
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Five years' experience in healthcare information systems • Solid skills in team leadership and project management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
