As an Administrative Operations Clerk, you will contribute to the ongoing management of operations by performing key administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma and 1-3 years of experience in operations, particularly within Indigenous not-for-profit sectors. Responsibilities will include supply purchasing, fleet maintenance scheduling, and meeting organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team • Organize and facilitate meetings,
including minute-taking • Track and report statistical data efficiently • Manage inventory and handle non-capital purchases • Assist with contract management and operational duties
Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields • Experience in fleet management is preferred • Robust administrative and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to travel as required
