Key Responsibilities:
Own Mecka's privacy program across regulatory frameworks
Negotiate commercial agreements with AI labs and partners




Manage employment contracts and compliance across regions
Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters
Monitor emerging regulations affecting business operations

Requirements:
JD, LLB, or equivalent with active bar admission
Minimum 5 years of corporate legal practice
Experience in drafting commercial agreements
Working knowledge of employment law and contractor issues
Familiarity with privacy regimes like GDPR and PIPEDA
