Job Title: Sales Team Leader / Sales Professional — Home Services (In‑Home Water Testing)
Location: Calgary area (in person, local Home Depot stores)
Type: Full‑time or Part‑time

Pay: CA$60,000–CA$100,000 per year with a Piece-rate pay structure and a highly competitve commision structure

S.I.C. is a Calgary‑based home services company and proud Home Depot partner. We deliver in‑home water testing and lifetime servicing on water filtration systems purchased through Home Depot. As we grow our Home Services program, we’re hiring motivated Sales Team Leaders and Sales Professionals to complete water testing appointments on confirmed, qualified leads.

What You’ll Do
Conduct in‑home water testing appointments on confirmed, qualified Home Depot leads




Present product solutions, explain financing options, and close sales
Deliver professional, friendly customer service in customers’ homes
Spend 6–8 hours per week engaging with customers in your local Home Depot (compensated)
Mentor and lead team members (for Team Leader roles)

What We’re Looking For
2+ years sales and customer service experience (home services, or field sales preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer‑care skills in home settings
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Clean criminal background
Adaptable schedule and ability to work in‑store hours as required
18 years of age or older
