Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
Provide risk-based recommendations to leaders and HR
Support performance management and documentation consistency
Develop and lead workplace investigations thoroughly
Promote ER practices and policies across the organization
Requirements:
CHRP/CHRL or equivalent HR certification preferred
5+ years in Human Resources with solid ER focus
Proven ability in workplace investigations and performance management
Expertise in Canadian employment standards and legislation
