Mont-Royal Chevrolet is currently looking for an Evening Receptionist to join its team.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Salary: up to $23/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Greet customers courteously and professionally.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate people or departments.
Take and relay messages.
Greet visitors and respond to their general inquiries.
Perform certain administrative tasks related to the front desk.
Maintain a professional presence at the dealership’s reception area.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the dealership’s image.

Excellent planning and organizational skills
Commitment to customer service
Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
Ability to multitask
