In this position, you will consult with families needing breastfeeding assistance both in and out of the hospital. Key Responsibilities: • Consult and develop feeding plans for families • Assess and follow up with neonates at risk for jaundice • Drive initiatives for maintaining Breastfeeding Friendly Initiative status • Educate and support staff in breastfeeding practices • Maintain a focus on family-centered care

Requirements: • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • NRP Certification and BCLS required • Minimum three years in Mother Baby Unit • Experience in consulting and pediatric nursing preferred • Commitment to maintaining patient relationships
