PARTS COUNTER PERSON

Full-Time Position

Join the Canadian leader in the distribution and marketing of heavy-duty replacement parts and accessories.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty truck, trailer, or aftermarket parts industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Handle customer orders and parts requests by providing accurate, courteous, efficient, and professional service to telephone, electronic, and over-the-counter customers.
- Identify and supply the correct parts based on customer requirements.
- Prepare customer orders and process returns.
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis.
- Perform light-duty housekeeping and help keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications




- Automotive and/or heavy-duty aftermarket parts experience or knowledge is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Computer skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Team player who demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
