Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using electronic medical records systems.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately to ensure seamless billing and documentation processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-visit instructions, follow-up appointments, and necessary documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries,
and correspondence professionally while providing clear information about services and procedures.
- Support office operations by managing inventory of clinic supplies and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Physio or Wellness Clinic setting is highly preferred.
- Experience with Jane App and direct billing insurance portals is a strong asset.
- Excellent office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
