Position: Performance Test Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Test Lead / Senior Performance Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner to lead performance testing initiatives and ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define performance testing strategy, test plans, workload models, and entry/exit criteria.
- Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing.
- Develop and maintain complex, reusable performance scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for performance optimization.




- Monitor application, database, server, and API performance during testing.
- Lead performance testing activities and mentor junior performance engineers.
- Prepare performance test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 6 + years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Good knowledge of APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, SQL, and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
