Leading Ladies Premier Pet Services is looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced Dog Walker & Pet Care Professional to join our growing team.

We are a family of pet-care professionals with years of hands-on experience, knowledge and education in canine behaviour and professional animal care. We take tremendous pride in the quality of care we provide and the trust our clients place in us.

This is an opportunity to become part of an established, professional team—not simply a casual dog-walking position.

What You’ll Do

- Provide professional dog walks and in-home pet-care visits
- Care for dogs, cats and other household pets according to their individual routines and care instructions
- Provide feeding, fresh water, medications and other requested care
- Give pets appropriate exercise, enrichment, attention and companionship
- Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages and temperaments
- Follow detailed instructions and established company procedures
- Recognize changes in a pet's behaviour, health or routine and report concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for the pets in your care
- Represent Leading Ladies Premier Pet Services professionally while working in clients' homes

What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional pet-care or dog-walking experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of and comfort around dogs
- Confident handling dogs of various sizes, breeds and temperaments
- Reliable, dependable and punctual
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable following detailed instructions and established procedures
- Available to work the shifts and schedule required by the company
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence




- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Pet First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
- Canine behaviour education or other relevant pet-care certifications are an asset

The Right Person We're looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and takes their responsibility seriously.

Our team works with a wide variety of dogs, including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, nervous dogs and dogs with specific behavioural or medical needs. You need to be comfortable learning, following instructions and asking for guidance when needed.

We are a team that values professionalism, reliability, teamwork and exceptional animal care. Our knowledge has been built through years of experience, education and working hands-on with animals.

You don't need to know everything when you walk through the door—but you do need to be willing to learn, receptive to training and committed to doing things the right way.
