Applicants for the Vice President, Personal Lending Transformation position at the company should hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree or professional designation. A minimum of 12 years' of financial services experience, including at least 7 years' in a transformation leadership role, is required.
