Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking of portable toilets to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages, promptly addressing issues or reporting them to supervisors.
- Transport portable restrooms to designated locations using company vehicles, adhering to safe driving practices at all times.
- Handle the removal of waste from units using appropriate equipment and procedures, ensuring environmental compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, maintenance activities, and inventory levels for supplies.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of portable sanitation units at event sites or construction locations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate service schedules and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly, including lifting portable toilets and supplies safely.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday in various outdoor conditions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and proper maintenance of units.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Prior experience in sanitation services or similar roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
