Norden Windows is a local manufacturer of high‑quality vinyl windows and patio doors. We are growing and looking for a dependable Full-Time Production Worker to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of vinyl windows and patio doors
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Extended benefits available after probation period
