Has led a data governance or data strategy program end to end for a large asset-intensive or regulated business, as the accountable client-facing lead. Has written an investment business case that survived finance and executive review, built on measured evidence rather than estimates. Can hold a room containing a CIO, program managers, enterprise architects and maintenance leaders at the same table. Preferred

Utility, transmission or energy sector background, including how a regulated funding cycle actually works. Working knowledge of asset data in Maximo and SAP environments.
