Drive strategic capital project success at Opta as a Project Management Analyst. This role offers opportunities for collaboration with management teams in both Canada and the United States. You will report to the Director of Engineering while playing an integral role in managing and supporting project execution across diverse manufacturing sites.

By developing project scopes and financial justifications, you'll ensure projects align with budgetary and scheduling requirements. Your expertise in advanced Excel and MS Project will be crucial in monitoring project performance and risks. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all phases of capital projects across facilities
- Develop comprehensive financial justifications and RCA documentation




- Track and report on project metrics and KPIs
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Create Gantt charts for project planning and tracking Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of project planning and budgeting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Project
