We're looking for an exceptional Public Speaking and Executive Communication Coach to support clients inside our premium CEO Speaking Bootcamp coaching program.

$4800 CAD - upto 30 hours a week

-- What You'll Do
You'll manage and support up to 30 active clients.
- You'll be responsible for:Onboarding: 45 minute 1-on-1 call with each new client
- Weekly coaching: Review speaking assignments and provide personalized feedback
- Accountability: Make sure clients complete their work and follow up when they don't
- Client support: Answer questions and help clients when they're stuck
- Coaching calls: 15–30 minute additional calls when needed
- Progress tracking: Know where every client stands and whether they're improving
You'll be fully trained on our own public speaking methodology.

- You should be:An excellent speaker - clients should immediately perceive you as a role model
- Proven experience coaching or training others on communication
- A people person who genuinely loves helping clients
- Comfortable giving direct feedback
- Comfortable holding people accountable to a high standard
- Comfortable working with executives and professionals
