This hybrid role focuses on both in-person training and administrative responsibilities. As a key player in clinical education, you will work alongside home leaders to deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous education to clinical staff.

Your responsibilities include developing dynamic training materials, conducting hands-on skills labs, and coaching staff to ensure effective practices in resident care. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care through targeted skill education. Key Responsibilities:
