In this full time role, you will coordinate the CEO's calendar, manage client meetings, and oversee logistics for industry events. With a focus on efficiency, you will ensure that all administrative systems run smoothly. Your leadership will allow account managers to concentrate on client interactions while you take care of the details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s calendar and scheduling for client meetings
• Oversee logistics for conferences and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies and systems in working order




• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and services
• Ensure billing and expenses are accurately processed
Requirements:
• Proven organizational skills with vendor management experience
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel
• Experience with wheelchair accessibility is a plus
