About Circle Health
Circle Health is a membership-based primary care clinic in Toronto, built around a simple idea: the best time to care about your health is before you have to.
We deliver preventative, diagnostic, and longevity-focused care with continuity at the centre of it — real, ongoing relationships between patients and their care team, not a string of one-off visits. Our Founding Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team are building that model from the ground up, and the way we practice today will shape Circle for years to come.
The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered practical nurse ( RPN) to join our clinical team at the Toronto clinic. You’ll work closely with our Founding Nurse Practitioner, Family Doctors, and Medical Director, providing hands-on clinical support that keeps patient care running smoothly — from the moment someone walks in the door to the follow-up after their visit.
What You’ll Do
Patient Care
- Take health histories, measure vitals, and prepare patients for exams and longevity visits
- Conducting diagnostics including body composition scans, mole scans or any other assessments once training is complete
- Administer immunizations, injections, and wound care; remove stitches and staples; perform ear irrigations, all under medical directive
- Support Nurse Practitioners and physicians with minor procedures and Pap smears
- Run point-of-care testing and handle lab specimen collection, then track results through to follow-up
- Administering of IV’s and vitamin injections
Patient Education
- Help patients understand chronic disease management, medication adherence, and everyday health decisions
Clinic Operations
- Triage patient messages and help manage the clinic inbox
- Coordinate referrals, schedule follow-ups,
and reconcile medications
- Keep documentation accurate and current in our EMR
- Support rooming patients
- Inventory management of supplies
- Ensuring clinical spaces stay organized and clean
- Ensure all SOP’s and protocols are up to date and adhered to
- Maintain sterile equipment, manage clinical supply inventory, and uphold infection prevention and control standards
Who Thrives in This Role
- You care about getting the small things right — vitals, documentation, follow-through
- You’re comfortable moving between hands-on clinical work and administrative coordination in the same day
- You communicate clearly with patients and enjoy explaining things in a way that actually helps them
- You like the idea of helping shape a clinic’s systems and workflows, not just working within ones that already exist
Qualifications
Required
- Current registration in good standing as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Valid BLS / CPR Provider certification
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in primary care, family practice, outpatient, or acute care settings
- Comfort with EMR systems and digital health platforms
Preferred
- Experience working in a small or rapid-growing clinic environment
- Interest in preventative, longevity-informed care
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Complimentary branded scrubs
- Paid vacation and sick leave
- Eligible to enrol in our group benefits program
