About the Role
As the Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales throughout Quebec by promoting Castolin Eutectic's industry-leading wear protection solutions.
You will work closely with fabrication shops, maintenance departments, reliability teams, engineering professionals, and industrial end users to provide solutions that reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and lower total maintenance costs.
Our solutions include:
Welding consumables
Hardfacing alloys
Thermal spray coatings
Engineered wear plates
Industrial protective coatings
Fabrication, maintenance, and repair services

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business while growing existing customer accounts




Identify customer challenges and recommend value-added technical solutions
Promote our welding, wear protection, and industrial service solutions
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Services teams
Prepare quotations and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through project completion
Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
Maintain customer activities and opportunities using our CRM system

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
Five or more years of industrial or technical sales experience
Experience in welding, fabrication, industrial maintenance (MRO), metalworking, protective coatings, or related industrial products
Strong business development and consultative selling skills
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in solving technical challenges
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
The ability to work independently while managing a large sales territory

Education
A degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Welding Technology, Metallurgy, or an equivalent combination of technical education and relevant industry experience.
Travel
This position requires travel throughout Quebec approximately 60% of the time.
