The Medical Clinic provides a range of health care/consultation services and its tenants includes licensed physicians, administrators, and other health care professionals. Al-Tukmachi Medicine Qualified Corporation
is
seeking an Office Manager to oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as clinic supplies and security services. This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience to establish their career. Job Duties
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and evaluate and implement new procedures Establish work priorities, delegate work to office staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed Carry out administrative activities as required Administer policies and procedures related to patient care and release of records under regulatory privacy legislation Coordinate and plan for office services, such as disposal of hazardous materials, document management, parking, maintenance and security services Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and management processes Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports to present to directors; Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required for staff and patients from time to time; Qualifications
A university degree or college diploma in related field, OR a minimum of 3 years’ previous senior clerical or office administration experience is required.
