Our cross-functional teams include a product manager, a designer, and engineers. We are looking for a product manager to help define and lead our data platform, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure we are delivering user and business value.How You’ll Make an ImpactIn this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data platform from the ground up.Identify and validate customer and business problems through hands‑on discovery, research, and experimentation.Partner with engineering to build the best solutions for our clients and internal teams.Use AI tools and techniques to accelerate product development, prototyping, and decision‑making.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the platform delivers value for both internal teams and external customers.Establish success metrics and leverage data to measure outcomes and iterate toward product‑market fit.Communicate product vision, learnings, and progress clearly across the organization to build alignment and shared understanding.What You BringWe’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:5+ years of experience building and delivering high‑impact products as a product managerDemonstrated experience building recent products from scratch (0 to 1),

However, this position requires one in‑office day per month on pre‑set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, the Product Team utilizes a coworking space in Toronto at Workhaus, 350 Bay Street, where they regularly collaborate in person.CompensationSalary Range: $100,000 – $140,000A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.Additional NotesAll interviewed candidates will receive notification within 45 days of final interviews.Our Use of AI in Recruitment: We use an AI tool in our applicant tracking system (Jobvite) to check how well a candidate’s experience aligns with the job requirements.
