Viewpoint is seeking a dedicated CAT QA Coordinator with a healthcare background and a minimum of three years of experience as a Kinesiologist, Physiotherapist, or Nurse. Key responsibilities include reviewing medical documents, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with assessors to maintain high standards. You will also manage client communications and ensure timely report deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review medical assessment reports for accuracy and compliance • Conduct quality assurance checks on medical documentation • Provide feedback to assessors on discrepancies • Collaborate on quality issues and corrective actions • Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of QA statuses
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years' experience in health or insurance QA • Knowledge of AMA Guides or C-CAT certification preferred • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with auto insurance legislation • Strong organizational and time management skills
