EverGlow Lighting & Lux (EGLUX) is an Edmonton-based company specializing in premium permanent exterior lighting for residential properties.

We provide homeowners with professionally designed permanent lighting that looks beautiful year-round — not temporary Christmas lights.

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

The Opportunity

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, understand their property and lighting needs, present EverGlow's solutions, prepare sales estimates, and help customers move forward with their projects.

This is a performance-based sales position, where your earning potential is directly connected to the projects you sell.

Commission is based on the size and value of the projects sold, with compensation calculated according to the company's commission structure.

Compensation: Commission-based / performance-based. Exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners at residential properties
- Generate and follow up with potential customers
- Conduct professional in-home or on-site consultations
- Measure and assess properties for permanent lighting
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget
- Present EverGlow lighting solutions and pricing
- Prepare and explain project estimates
- Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM
- Work toward individual sales goals
- Coordinate with the owner and installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent the EverGlow brand professionally at all times

Sales Experience Previous sales experience is an asset, especially in:
- Home improvement
- Roofing
- Windows & doors
- Solar
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Exterior services
- Automotive
- Real estate
- Direct sales

However, we are willing to consider candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
