Fraserway RV is looking for an RV Service Technician to join our Edmonton team. You don't need previous RV experience. If you've worked in automotive, heavy-duty, marine, trailer, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or another skilled trade, you already have valuable skills that can transfer to RV service.
What makes RV service different? Variety. You'll work across multiple systems and encounter different challenges every day. We'll provide the RV-specific training to help you build on the technical skills you already have.
What You'll Do
You'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their travels.
Your work may include
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, appliance, structural, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshooting problems and determining the appropriate repair
- Performing routine maintenance and warranty repairs
- Servicing appliances, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, and other RV systems
- Working with Service Advisors and Service Managers to understand repair requirements and priorities
- Completing repairs accurately and efficiently
- Documenting diagnostic findings, repairs, and parts used on work orders
- Explaining repairs or maintenance recommendations to customers when required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring We're looking for someone who can diagnose a problem, find a solution, and do quality work.
You'll be a robust fit if you have:
- Previous experience as a technician, mechanic, or skilled tradesperson
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
Experience in the following is an asset:
- RV or trailer repair
- Automotive or heavy-duty repair
- Marine or powersports
- Trailer hitches and wiring
- Propane systems
- Forklift operation
- Red Seal certification
RV experience is an asset, but it isn't required. If you know how to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, we can teach you the RV-specific side of the business. Why Fraserway RV?

Saturday availability is required during our busy season.
