Sales Associate – Tiles & Flooring

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable tile and flooring products
- Support customers with order processing, invoicing, and after-sales follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Actively work toward achieving sales targets and participate in in-store promotions and sales activities
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or in the building materials, tiles, or flooring industry is an asset
- Robust willingness to learn, responsible, and proactive
- Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are preferred.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends
