Make a difference in the lives of sexually exploited youth in Toronto as a Child and Youth Worker. HealthOPM is looking for experienced professionals for 24-hour residential care.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting adolescents aged 12-17 through emotional and behavioural challenges. Candidates can work varied schedules, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll utilize a trauma-informed approach to ensure a safe, consistent, and therapeutic environment for the youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent supervision and care in a residential program
• Assist youth with emotional regulation and skills development
• Maintain safety checks, documentation, and program records




• Conduct wellness checks and participate in team communications
• Support ongoing operational needs of the program

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Care or related fields
• Minimum one year of experience in similar roles
• Robust understanding of relational care approaches
• Skills in crisis prevention and intervention
• Awareness of anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice
