We are seeking a Senior Associate in Manufacturing Engineering to enhance our mechanical projects. This role involves significant responsibility in developing processes, executing NPI activities, and achieving continuous improvement. Critical to your success will be project management, process design, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement manufacturing processes for MX products
• Support NPI and execute complex mechanical projects
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvements
• Engage with cross-functional teams for effective communication
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques
• Experience with mechanical drawings and schematics
• Robust communication and technical writing skills
• AS9100 experience is a plus
