This role requires robust assessment capabilities, strategic marketing of clients, and ongoing support to ensure job retention. You will also represent WorkBC by promoting services and participating in local employment initiatives, enhancing the community's connection to job resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs for job development services
• Develop and implement client activity plans
• Proactively market clients to suitable employers
• Facilitate wage subsidy services and negotiations
• Represent WCG at job fairs and community events

Requirements:
• Proven experience in client coaching and support
• Solid marketing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Clearance for a criminal record check
