In this Supportive Coaching role, you'll lead skill development for Autistic individuals, implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to participant needs. Collaboration with Support Workers and Volunteers ensures all participants receive quality support in a recreational setting. You'll contribute to a positive environment while following best practices in coaching and personal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans
• Adapt activities for diverse abilities and needs
• Encourage positive learning experiences for participants




• Support volunteers in their roles effectively
• Manage program flow and punctuality during sessions

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of coaching experience with children/youth
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
• Ability to skate both forwards and backwards
• Transparent criminal record check and references required
• Dedicated and enthusiastic team engagement
