Insight Global is hiring a Metrology & CMM Planner for a leading aerospace manufacturing firm in Longueuil, QC. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aerospace components comply with dimensional and quality standards.

As a key member of the Quality Manufacturing team, you will act as a liaison among Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. This position focuses on developing inspection plans and strategizing measurements based on engineering drawings and violation assessments. Professionals skilled in dimensional inspection, GD&T;, and FAI are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed CMM inspection packages for production
• Review engineering drawings, GD&T;, and production documents




• Analyze manufacturing processes from start to finish
• Define inspection methodologies and dimensional verification
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into programs

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience with CMM inspection methods
• Understanding of FAI processes and manufacturing planning
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team setting
