This position, reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence and Insights, will require you to manage the analytics strategy and oversee data modeling across North America. You’ll play a crucial role utilizing Microsoft Power BI, Azure Databricks, and analytical methodologies to guide the organization's strategy and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead payments platform modernization initiatives
• Create comprehensive dashboards and scorecards for insights
• Collaborate with teams to visualize target state views




• Build data lineage for robust reporting infrastructure
• Ensure governance and accuracy in BI solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business, analytics, or finance; Master’s preferred
• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics roles
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data mining
