Drive innovative building systems as a Senior Engineering Manager based in Squamish, BC. Your expertise in engineering, project delivery, and sustainable construction will play a crucial role in shaping effective building solutions.

This position requires a proven leader with 7+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams across project management and construction. You will coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with client objectives, driving operational efficiency and quality in project delivery. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to provide effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering and product development functions
• Lead coaching across structural engineering and project teams




• Develop workflows to optimize project outcomes
• Support budgeting and resource planning efforts
• Represent engineering and design capabilities in meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with Canadian and U.S. building codes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a problem-solving focus
• PMP certification is a plus
