KBR is looking for an experienced Project Procurement and Subcontracts Manager to guide procurement initiatives throughout project life cycles. You will manage sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance to achieve project goals and ensure compliance. This leadership role focuses on driving cost management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement and subcontract activities from planning to closeout
• Develop and execute procurement and subcontracting strategies
• Manage supplier bidding, evaluations,



and contract administration
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary corrective actions
• Serve as the primary commercial interface with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Over 15 years of EPC procurement experience
• Proven leadership in major capital projects
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and negotiations
• Familiar with Canadian industrial markets and indigenous initiatives
