Become an impactful Level 3 Early Childhood Educator at YMCA Blue Quill in Edmonton, AB. This full time, on-site role focuses on fostering children's well-being and development through approved YMCA programming.

In this role, you will engage with children aged 0-12, implementing dynamic activities designed to enhance their emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. Daily communication with parents is key to building strong relationships while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement child care curriculum that promotes development
• Facilitate creative activities that encourage positive interactions
• Document observations of children's behaviors and milestones
• Ensure adherence to YMCA policies and safety regulations
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding progress

Requirements:
• Experience with children is preferred
• Level 3 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
• Standard First Aid & CPR - C required
• Must complete a Police Information Check
• Familiarity with tablets and Microsoft Office
