Key Responsibilities:
• Generate project opportunities aligned with business plans
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
• Prepare technical tenders and assess cost-saving opportunities




• Present design concepts for client approval
• Visit construction sites for firsthand feedback

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in ground engineering
• Experience in proposal preparation and project applications
• Robust technical knowledge across engineering techniques
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
