The successful candidate will oversee Rental, Valet, and Repair operations during peak winter months from December to March. You’ll be responsible for training new attendants, inspiring the team, and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of Rental, Valet, and Repair services
• Complete department opening and closing duties
• Support the training and onboarding of team members
• Provide coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with guest service procedures
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience is an asset
• Outgoing personality with a team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible shifts required, including weekends and holidays
