In your role as an LPN, you'll report to the Director of Health & Wellness, providing essential nursing care to residents. Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage individual care plans and administer treatments effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and update residents' clinical assessments and care plans
• Facilitate family education and support services
• Coordinate nursing care assignments for efficiency




• Manage emergency health situations and provide first aid
• Uphold infection prevention and control protocols

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse registration in Manitoba
• Experience in long-term or community care settings
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications required
• Strong time management and customer focus skills
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
