Join Devonshire Care Center as a Health Care Aide, providing direct support to residents. Your skills in personal care will enhance the quality of life for seniors in our facility.

In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, including feeding, bathing, and grooming, while closely monitoring their health conditions. You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and Practical Nurses to ensure individualized care is delivered according to each resident's care plan. Your contributions will elevate the comfort and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with ambulation and personal hygiene
• Help with the delivery of meals and hydration monitoring
• Report observations on residents' health status




• Maintain records reflecting each resident's care
• Develop positive, supportive relationships with residents and staff

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid CHLA License
• Completion of an approved Health Care Aide course
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
