Halo Car Wash is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to enhance our customer interaction at our Southdale location. In this role, you'll help create a positive setting, educating customers and ensuring their needs are met. You'll rotate through various stations, maintaining the site while following health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and support customers at every wash stage
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain excellent site conditions through cleaning and repairs




• Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously
• Perform additional assigned tasks as required

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable work ethic and good judgment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary preferred
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
