Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver congruent programming aligned with MNFC’s mission
• Ensure a safe and positive living space for clients




• Manage daily operations and help clients follow schedules
• Maintain accurate client documentation and database entries
• Advocate for client rights in various systems

Requirements:
• Diploma in community social services or social work
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Indigenous populations preferable
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Proven skills in client support and crisis management
