Job Description | As a Field Service Technician, you will:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair propane, diesel, and electric forklifts, pallet trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts,



and other warehouse equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Perform preventative maintenance and identify further repairs.

Travel to customer locations with a fully equipped company service vehicle.

Communicate directly with customers about repair needs and timelines.

Manage parts inventory in your service van and track vehicle maintenance.

What You Need to Succeed

Journeyperson certification in Heavy Duty Mechanics or Automotive Mechanics (or equivalent experience).

Experience working on forklifts or similar equipment is an asset.

Basic electrical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing equipment.

Problem-solving mindset – You enjoy diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues.

Valid, non-GDL (full, unrestricted) driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and climbing.

Commitment to safety, quality work, and great customer service.

Available for occasional on call shifts.
