In this role with Lantern’s Agentic Engineering team, you'll provide critical insights as organizations transition to AI-augmented delivery practices. Your experience in assessing SDLC maturity and implementing AI-native workflows will be invaluable. You'll guide engineering teams through change management, ensuring lasting adoption of effective practices and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise engagements in AI-native delivery
• Design governance frameworks for agent efficiency
• Develop effective GitHub Copilot adoption strategies




• Establish AI cost governance practices
• Conduct workshops promoting AI-assisted development

Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in software development
• Strong background in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficient in client-facing technical communication
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD
• Exposure to AI coding tools advantageous
