Take charge of member education as a Labour Relations Officer in Toronto with the Ontario Nurses’ Association. This permanent, full time role empowers you to design impactful learning experiences for ONA members.
As part of the Member Education Team, you will develop and facilitate workshops that enhance the skills and knowledge of over 68,000 nurses. Your role involves creating learning objectives and materials that resonate with healthcare professionals' needs, ensuring content is both accurate and engaging. This position requires a commitment to continuous improvement of educational offerings at ONA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create curricula aligning with ONA’s strategic priorities
• Translate learning needs into educational activities
• Deliver workshops and presentations effectively
• Evaluate outcomes to recommend program revisions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant education practices
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in health or industrial relations
• Two years in adult education program design
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
• Bilingual English/French is preferred
