Amrize is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee scheduled maintenance tasks and lead a team of millwrights. You will ensure compliance with health and safety policies while driving productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in mechanical maintenance. Your expertise will be critical in responding promptly to breakdowns, coordinating training for apprentices, and maintaining accurate reporting on maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies




• Oversee completion of scheduled maintenance jobs
• Assign tasks to millwrights based on priorities
• Respond to emergency breakdowns rapidly
• Coordinate millwright training programs

Requirements:
• DEP in industrial mechanics or equivalent experience
• 5 years of maintenance supervision experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SAP
• Robust interpersonal skills with plant personnel
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance
