Become a key player at Developmental Services of Leeds and Grenville in the role of Children’s Services Coordinator. This part time position focuses on service planning for youth with special needs.

As a member of the Children’s Services Team, your role will involve working closely with families to develop and implement tailored service plans that promote the strengths and needs of each child. With a focus on client-centered care, you will lead in service coordination, advocacy, and family support, making a significant impact on client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the intake process for client services
• Design comprehensive service plans for individuals
• Coordinate training and support for families
• Present at inter-agency meetings and discussions
• Monitor and assess family needs and services

Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Psychology or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with community resources and programs
• Bilingualism preferred; valid Ontario driver’s license
