As Chief People Officer, you will be integral to shaping the workforce strategy and fostering a positive culture within our multi-academy trust. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will enhance recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expert understanding of workforce risks and organizational change will aid in the integration of our Trust post-merger.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement people and culture strategies throughout the Trust
• Lead recruitment and employee engagement efforts




• Develop frameworks for decision-making and compliance
• Advise leaders on HR best practices
• Manage relationships with trade unions and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a senior People leadership role
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal employment practices
• CIPD Level 7 or significant professional experience
• Proven track record in multi-site organizations
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust
