Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination efforts to expedite trial activations
• Support best practices and standardized tools implementation
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders




• Conduct training on trial initiation best practices
• Analyze performance metrics to identify barriers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health or science
• Preferred post-graduate in Clinical Research
• Minimum three years’ clinical research experience needed
• Experience in activating multisite trials preferred
• Proficient in using REDCap and Power BI is a plus
